VITA Tax Preparation sites are located within Greene County. VITA is provided
by Community Partnership of the Ozarks, Drury University, Missouri State University,
and Catholic Charities of Southwest Missouri.
You DO NOT have to be a Greene County Resident to qualify.
Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program (VITA): This program offers free tax help to people who have a household income of $58,000 or less, persons with disabilities, or those with limited English-speaking ability. VITA sites REQUIRE an appointment. Please do not show up to any VITA site without an appoitnment.

Tax Counseling for the Elderly (TCE): To qualify for this program you must be at least 60 years of age OR a person with a disability. This program also specializes in questions about pensions and retirement-related issues unique to seniors. For a list of TCE sites click here.
